Terms and Conditions – 12 Days of Gifting
Promoter: Pana Organic Pty Ltd (ABN 41 158 976 759), 31 Charles St, Coburg North VIC 3058.
Promotion Period: Starts 12:00 PM AEDT on 1 December 2025 and ends 11:59 AM AEDT on 2 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Pana Organic and related entities, and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
How to Enter
To enter the Promotion and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
a) follow (or already be following) Pana Organic’s Instagram account @pana_organic; and
b) comment on the promotional post by tagging a friend (as specified in the post caption).
Each tag constitutes one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted; however, each entry must tag a different friend.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late, or misdirected entries or entries not received for any reason. The Promoter is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.
Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable or incorrect entries, or entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights) are invalid.
Prize Details
There is one (1) prize to be won.
DAY 1- The Prize is a Seasonal Delights Bundle for the winner and one (1) friend, consisting of:

Total prize pool value: A$180 (+$20 Shipping)
Products may be substituted for similar items of equal or greater value depending on availability.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Draw Details
The draw will take place at 31 Charles St, Coburg North VIC 3058 on 2 December 2025 at 2:00 PM AEDT.
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 2 business days of the draw.
The winner’s name may be published on pana-organic.com and/or Pana Organic’s Instagram account.
Unclaimed Prize
If the prize remains unclaimed for 14 days after notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering, entrants agree to the Promoter using their name, likeness and entry (including comments or tagged content) for promotional purposes without compensation.

The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
