FREE shipping on orders of $120 or more.

The Pana Organic team will be taking a summer pause from 22 December 2025 to 14 January 2026.
Orders placed between 22 December 2025 and 13 January 2026 will be lovingly packed and sent from 14 January 2026.

Your order will be shipped via Australia Post using either standard or express service. A standard shipping fee of AUD $10 applies to all standard orders, and $16 for express shipping. Please allow 1–7 working days for delivery.

Most orders will ship within 1–2 business days of ordering. Our small team works hard to prepare them as quickly as possible. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 48 hours to process.

During summer, we do not post to Western Australia due to the heat. We can not guarantee the quality and safe arrival of your chocolate, so have suspended delivery to WA.

Please note that we do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

The Pana Organic team monitors national weather forecasts daily and works to ensure your treats arrive in excellent condition, even during hot weather. During periods of extreme heat, we may delay delivery until temperatures have reduced.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from Australia Post with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Please note that our delivery time frames refer only to shipping time and do not include the time required to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within 1 day, some may take additional time.
