FREE shipping applies to orders over $120. A flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders under $120.

Estimated delivery timeframes are 1–8 business days. Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day; however, all orders are subject to verification and approval and may take up to 48 hours to process prior to dispatch.

Orders are not dispatched on Fridays, weekends or public holidays.

Pana Organic monitors national weather conditions and reserves the right, at its discretion, to delay shipment during periods of elevated or extreme temperatures to help reduce the risk of heat damage.

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details from Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Product Care, Risk & Liability

Chocolate is a heat-sensitive product and may be affected by high temperatures during transit or after delivery. We recommend that customers ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and that products are stored promptly in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.

To the extent permitted by law, Pana Organic is not responsible for damage or deterioration caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• extreme or unforeseen weather conditions,
  
• delays in transit or collection,
  
• handling by third-party carriers (including Australia Post), or
  
• improper storage after delivery.
  

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that goods will be of acceptable quality and match their description. Where a product is found to be faulty or not of acceptable quality under the Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to an appropriate remedy.
