Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter: Pana Organic Pty Ltd (ABN 41 158 976 759), 31 Charles St, Coburg North VIC 3058.

  2. Promotion Period: Starts 12:00 PM AEST on 22 October and ends 11:59PM AEST on 29 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

  3. Eligibility:

    • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

    • Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Pana Organic and related entities, and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

  4. How to Enter:
     To enter the Promotion and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
    a.     follow (or, already be following) Pana Organic, Sum of Us and Happy Melon's Instagram accounts: @pana_organic, accessible at
    https://www.instagram.com/pana_organic/
    @sumofus_studio and @happymelonstudios accessible at https://www.instagram.com/sumofus_studio/ and https://www.instagram.com/happymelonstudios/ 
    b.     like and share the promotional post that is subject of this Promotion (Promotional Post), which will be posted on each of Pana Organic’s, Sum of Us and Happy Melon's Instagram accounts on Wednesday, 22nd October 2025 and will specify in its caption that it is subject of this Promotion; and
    c.     comment on the Promotional Post by tagging a friend.

  5. There is no limit on the amount of times Eligible Entrants can enter the Promotion provided that the requirement of clause ‎5.c above is satisfied for each Eligible Entry (i.e., each new Eligible Entry must involve a new comment).

  6. Each time an Eligible Entry is submitted, Eligible Entrants will be automatically entered into the Promotion and will be eligible to win the Prize.

  7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period.  No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries or entries not received for any reason.  The Promoter is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times.

  8. The Promoter reserves its rights to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.

  9. Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable or incorrect entries, or entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights) are invalid.

  10. Prize Details:

    There is one (1) premium prize packs to be won, each valued at A$600.

    Prize pack includes the below or similar:

    • 4 x Snack Bars 
    • 3 x Handmade Artisan Collection Chocolate Boxes
    • 2 x Handmade Snaps – 1 x Golden Comb & 1 x Peanut Brittle

    • 6 Recovery Session at Happy Melon

      • Total prize pool value: A$600

      • Product be changed depending on availability.

      • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

        Sum of Us & Happy Melon Prize Terms and Conditions:

        • Dual Membership grants unlimited access to all group fitness classes at both Sum of Us and Happy Melon. This includes Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork and Strength.

        • Membership is valid for 1 month, starting from the date of your first class booked.

        • Recovery sessions are exclusively available at Happy Melon. 

        • Recovery sessions are valid for 1 month, starting from the date of your first session.

        • Late cancellation fees will be applied to any session cancelled within 6 hours.

  11. Draw Details:

      • The draw will take place at 31 Charles St, Coburg North VIC 3058 on 30 October at 12:00PM AEST.

      • Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

  12. Winner Notification:

    • Winners will be notified via DM within 2 business days of the draw.

    • Winners’ names will be published on pana-organic.com within 2 days of the draw.

  13. Unclaimed Prizes:
    If a prize remains unclaimed for 14 days after notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

  14. General:

 

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • By entering, entrants agree to the Promoter using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using a prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
