**Are you seeing little white specks in your spread? We’d like to reassure you that what you're seeing is completely natural oil separation. Because our spreads are made without additives or preservatives, the oils can separate over time and form white specks when the temperature drops. It won't affect the taste or quality at all. A good stir will usually do the trick. Even better, place the jar in a warm bowl of water first, then stir. The oils will loosen and it'll come back together nicely. Perfectly safe to eat, and a sign that what's in the jar is the real thing.
