It's good to note that sometimes in cooler months, the natural oils seperate and form small cloudy dots on the top of the spread. This is 100% natural and is not mould. This is a natural separation as we don't use any preservatives in our products. Simply stir the spread or warm slightly by placing the jar in a sink of hot water then carefully stir to warm the oils back to life.
Clean and re-use jar for storage. We recommend using for storage in the kitchen or they are a great size to make salad dressings with.
