How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

Follow @pana_organic and @hivitaaus on Instagram; and

Tag a friend in the comments of the official competition post.
Each unique tagged comment counts as one entry. Participants may enter multiple times.
This is a “Win for you and a friend” promotion. The tagged friend will be deemed the entrant’s nominated person for prize sharing purposes.
Prize Details
One winner will receive a shared prize pack valued at $1,000 AUD, including:

$500 Hivita gift voucher

Pana Organic products to the value of $500 AUD (selected by the Promoter)
The total prize is intended to be shared between the winner and their nominated friend (as identified through the tagged entry). The prize will be fulfilled as one combined package.
All prize items will be shipped to the main winner’s nominated Australian postal address.
Total prize pool: $1,000 AUD.

Eligibility
Open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years and over.
Employees of Pana Organic, Hivita, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
Competition Period
The competition opens and closes as specified in the official competition post.
Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
Winner Selection & Announcement
Winners will be selected at random and announced via @pana_organic’s Instagram Stories at a time and date specified in the official competition post.
The announcement may take place at Pana Organic’s premises or another nominated location as stated in the post.
Winner Notification & Prize Fulfilment
Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram.
If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner may be selected.
The full prize pack will be shipped to the main winner’s nominated Australian postal address. Responsibility for sharing the prize between the winner and their nominated friend rests with the winner.
Pana Organic takes no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the winner.
Other Conditions
By entering, participants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements.
Entrants consent to being contacted by Pana Organic for prize delivery purposes.
Winners agree to the public announcement of their first name and/or Instagram handle.
Pana Organic reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
