Pana Organic x World Chocolate Day Instagram Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
This promotion is run by Pana Organic (“the Promoter”) to celebrate World Chocolate Day on Tuesday 7th July (“Promotion Period”).
1. Promotion Overview
To celebrate World Chocolate Day, Pana Organic is running a social media giveaway via Instagram, offering free chocolate to selected participants.
A total of 100 nominees will be selected. Each selected entry will result in both the nominator and the nominated person receiving a free Pana Organic chocolate block.
2. Eligibility

Open to Australian residents only unless otherwise specified by the Promoter.

Entrants must have a valid Instagram account.

Employees of Pana Organic and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway:

Follow the instructions posted on the official Pana Organic Instagram account during the Promotion Period.

Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post.

In the same comment, share why they deserve a sweet treat.
Each valid comment tagging a nominee counts as one entry.
4. Entry Period

Entries open on Tuesday 7th July

Entries close on Wednesday 8th July at 9:00am (AEST)

Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
5. Prize Details

100 nominees will be selected.

Both the nominee and nominator will each receive one free Pana Organic chocolate block.

Winners may choose from available 45g, 80g, or 120g chocolate blocks, subject to flavour availability at time of redemption.
6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected by Pana Organic at 31 Charles St, Coburg North VIC.

Selected entrants will be contacted via Instagram direct message (DM).

Each winner will receive a unique link and code to redeem their prize via the Pana Organic online store.
7. Prize Redemption

The redemption code is valid for 1 week from the date of issue.

Codes must be used within this period; expired or unredeemed vouchers will not be reissued.

Once the winner selects their chocolate block, the order will be processed at zero charge with free shipping applied.
8. Fulfilment & Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 7 business days of redemption.

Prizes will be delivered to the address provided by the winner at checkout.

Pana Organic is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by entrants.
9. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
