Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter: Pana Organic Pty Ltd (ABN 41 158 976 759), 31 Charles St, Coburg North VIC 3058.

2. Promotion Period: Starts 07:00PM AEST on 11 August and ends 11:59PM AEST on 24 August 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility:

   • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

   • Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Pana Organic and related entities, and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter:

   • Purchase any set bundle (specified group product sold as a bundle online only) on pana-organic.com during the Promotion Period.

   • Each qualifying purchase equals one entry into the draw.

   • Multiple entries permitted, provided each entry meets the purchase requirement.

5. Prize Details:

   • There are three (3) premium prize packs to be won, each valued at A$310.

   • Each prize pack includes the below or similar: 

     • 1 x Kip & Co Pastel Dreams Tartan Sherpa Adult Bedtime Sweater (One size fits all)

     • 1 x Pana Organic 52% Hot Chocolate 200g 

     • 3 x 45g Chocolate Blocks 

     • 3 x Handmade Artisan Collection Chocolate Boxes

     • 2 x Handmade Snaps – 1 x Golden Comb & 1 x Peanut Brittle

     • 1 x Mylk Marshmallows box

   • Total prize pool value: A$310

   • Product be changed depending on availability. 

   • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Draw Details:

   • The draw will take place at 31 Charles St, Coburg North VIC 3058 on 25 August at 11:00AM AEST.

   • Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

7. Winner Notification:

   • Winners will be notified via email within 2 business days of the draw.

   • Winners’ names will be published on pana-organic.com within 2 days of the draw.

8. Unclaimed Prizes:

   • If a prize remains unclaimed for 14 days after notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

9. General:

   • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

   • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

   • By entering, entrants agree to the Promoter using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation.

   • The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using a prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
